Todd spent his formative years growing up in Mundelein, Illinois on a farm that has been in his family for over 4 generations.
He became interested in music at an early age and quickly excelled at playing an instrument. In fact, in 1981 during his high school years
Todd was named Who's Who in music for his merit and accomplishments as a music student. Music would continue to play an important role
later in Todd's life although, perhaps on a different level. Todd went on to become an outstanding sales and marketing professional,
playing a key role in growing and maintaining his family owned and operated satellite
communications business that generated over $1.1 million in EBITDA.
Sound of Music's customer base was purchased by the Muzak corporation and Todd was directly involved in Muzak's acquisition of this
very successful family business. Through that experience, Todd gained an interest in the business brokerage industry and it was then
that EBIT Associates, Ltd. was founded.
Throughout his life Todd has achieved many of his goals and he continuously challenges himself to try new things. Once, when asked by
his eighth grade teacher what he wanted to be when he grew up Todd's response was, "I want to be a pilot." In fact, he is an instrument rated
pilot today. In harmony with his drive for success in business, Todd exemplifies integrity and compassion in all that he does.
When he isn't working you will likely find him skiing or scuba diving or volunteering at an orphanage in Baha Mexico where his sponsored
children know him simply as "Tio" or Uncle Todd. Todd and his wife also serve as premarital mentors in the marriage ministry at their local church.
