Five years after graduating from Purdue University, Scott was involved in the development of commercial projects for Trammel Crow Company, Hamilton Partners and another medium size developer in the suburbs in and around O'Hare Airport and the Chicago suburbs throughout the 1980's and early 1990's. In managing the growth and expansion of these businesses, Scott was in directly responsible for client relations and representation in sales, leasing and management with business owners and managers to pull together their needs and concerns and manifest these desires through the entire sales and development process.

Scott has a wealth of experience as a liaison for business owners in their growth and development process from the small individual business owner to the corporate manager.
